A number of local groups meet regularly at the Swan including the Rotary Club of Eynsham, Probus and the Eynsham Carnival committee. We are able to offer a range of room sizes for meetings to take place in.
For local voluntary groups we do not charge for the room used, just ask that they buy a drink or two from the bar.
Our stable room has a fitted digital projector and screen for presentations and an in house PA system for larger meetings.
We have an accessible toilet for those customers who are wheelchair users.
